Columbia Marking Tools Inc. (www.columbiamt.com) added its Richter UniGrav programmable peen-marking technology to its line of metal bottles and cylinders marking machines. The technology is based on clamping and locating tools and precision linear ball screws to drive the xyaxis slide that controls the machine's peen-marketing head. The ball screws are protected by bellows to prevent dirt from fouling them.
