American Weldquip Inc. (www.weldquip.com), Sharon Center, Ohio, has appointed Casey Simpson and Luis Villasante to the position of district sales manager.

Casey Simpson will be responsible for managing Ontario, Canada. Most recently he was business development representative for Black and McDonald, an industrial supply company. Simpson brings 10 years experience in the welding industry as territory manager for Praxair and Air Liquide.

Luis Villasante will be responsible for managing activities in Mexico. Villasante was owner and General Manager of Sistemg S.A. for more than 25 years and was previously employed by Hobart and Union Carbide. He has more than 40 years experience in the industry.
